A. Information We Collect

(i) All visitors to Armchair Analyst are subject to first and third party cookies and session tracking methods. This is anonymized information such as tracking data for pages visited, how you were initially refered to the site, and other such analytics data.

(ii) Personal information is transmitted to Armchair Analyst through prompts given to users at sign-in through one of our third-party authnetication services, or through forms prompting them for input within their profile management pages. This data is limited to login provider (Google, Facebook, Discord), email address or phone number, name provided and associated to their providers account, username.

(iii) Other information may be collected by our login and analytics service providers. By using Armchair Analyst you are subject to their terms of service as well. Our third-party service providers data is linked below.

B. Information Usage, Sharing, and Transmition

(i) Information collected by Armchair Analyst is stored internally on our servers for internal usage as we see fit, and for any reason.

(ii) Email addresses, names, and usernames can be provided to third-party services for contact and communication purposes.

(iii) Armchair Analyst does not sell, distribute, or otherwise disseminate your personal information to third-party services for advertising, remarketing, or other outreach and analytic purposes. Data is purely used for communication purposes with registered users.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

(i) The privacy policy for Armchair Analyst is subject to change at anytime. Users will be notified through email of upcoming changes or at the time changes are enacted.

(ii) A privacy policy revision last revised date will be posted in the footer of the website for at least 30 days following the most recent update.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance

(i) Armchair Analyst does not meet the requirement necessary for CCPA compliance. We do not have an annual gross over $25 million, have over 50,000 users within the state of California, 50% of our annual revenue is not derive from residents of California.

(ii) Armchair Analyst does support right to know, and right to be forgotten laws and legal practices. For this reason if you would like your account to be fully deleted, or to know what data we posses relating to you please contact contact@armchairanalyst.net requesting your data be transmitted or shared.

EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

(i) Armchair Analyst does not operate within the within the European Union, market its services or platform towards residents of the EU, and has less than 250 employees and managing members, thus is exempt from GDPR regulations.

(ii) Armchair Analyst does support right to know, and right to be forgotten laws and legal practices. For this reason if you would like your account to be fully deleted, or to know what data we posses relating to you please contact contact@armchairanalyst.net requesting your data be transmitted or shared.

Data Deletion or Copies of Data Storied
